Keep your jewelry dry and clean. Do not wear your pieces if you are going to the gym, or will be at a spa. Try to avoid contact with lotions or perfumes. Keep your jewelry safe in a jewelry box or soft compartment that is free of liquids or items that could damage the jewelry.

You should store your jewelry safely away from possible impact or abrasion, and in a dry place to protect against damage. Pieces should be kept separate and in their original bags or cases, or in a jewelry box with a soft lining. If you lack a jewelry box, wrap each piece individually in a soft cloth.

The best way to maintain your jewelry's luster and shine, is to keep it as clean as possible at all times. If you do get your jewelry dirty, then we recommend cleaning it with a soft cloth using warm water together with detergent-free soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

KMF Jewelry wants you to enjoy wearing your jewelry as much as we enjoy making it! We want you to feel confident about your purchase.

KMF Jewelry is protected, from the original date of purchase, by a one-year limited warranty. If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, within the first year, we will repair it at no cost to you. If it cannot be fixed, we will replace the item with the same or comparable product free of charge. Even if you damage the piece, we will fix it for you for a reasonable cost because we believe that KMF Jewelry should be worn, not stored.

KMF Jewelry's One Year Limited Warranty doesn't apply to products that are not made by KMF Jewelry. The warranty does not cover improper handling or storage of the jewelry, negligence, accidents, and other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

Missing components can be replaced but may incur a replacement charge. Please note that any unauthorized repairs performed on the jewelry will void the warranty.

Jewelry will be inspected prior to warranty service to ensure that it is genuine KMF Jewelry and that the warranty has not been voided. Any non-KMF Jewelry items will be returned to the owner at the owner’s expense.
